- Study of AZD9574 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Anti-cancer Agents in Participants With Advanced Solid Malignancies — Recruiting • Phase I • Oncology • NCT05417594.
- What is being tested: AZD9574 is being evaluated as both a standalone treatment and in combination with established anti-cancer agents, with assessment of safety, tolerability, drug behaviour (PK/PD), and anti-tumour activity in patients with advanced solid malignancies.
- Patient eligibility overview: The trial includes adults with advanced solid cancers that have recurred or progressed, typically those who have exhausted standard treatment options or are unsuitable for conventional therapy.
